How it all started

Jeffrey Hutter Sr. has been a stamp collector since the 50’s and became a dealer in the early 90’s with his late father Luther Hutter Sr. who started stamp collecting in 1927. This father and son team for over 10 years accumulated a large stock of both U.S. issues as well as many worldwide stamps and set up as dealers at many local shows.

We maintain a large stock of stamps and related items including:

Worldwide stamps and souvenir sheets from most foreign countries with concentration in Great Britain, Germany, Japan, Canada, France, Italy and other countries too numerous to mention.Stamps are packaged in binders with the ability to purchase individual stamps/sets and some larger lots or collections are also available by country, region, omnibus issues, topic and etc.
United States used singles, blocks of 4; plate # singles, coil # singles, pre-cancels, complete used sheets, limited mint items, souvenir sheets, postcards, covers (when available) and etc..
From a topical standpoint we have a large stock of Winston Churchill material, some Disney stamps as well as a book of Cinderella items.
Showgard Mounts with black background, hinges, watermark fluid and tongs are kept in stock.
Vario/G&K Stock pages primarily in black with some clear pages are in stock with 1-8 rows horizontal available as well as vertical and 4 pocket pages. Depending on availability manila stockpages and or books may also be available.
Supplements, binders and pages for most major Albums such as Scott, Minkus, White Ace or Harris are not kept in stock but can be ordered in prepaid as requested.
We have other items too numerous to mention including used albums, stock books, stock pages, blank album pages and binders.
Please keep in mind that with all stock, it is subject to prior sale and we may not have everything on hand at any given point in time.

My stock can be viewed at many area stamp shows including Cumberland, Hagerstown, Timonium, Pittsburgh, Johnstown, Laurel, Harrisburg and Chambersburg just to name a few. Email, mail or call for details regarding my latest show schedule.
See Stamp Show Schedule for a listing of shows for the next twelve months or so. The stock can be viewed at my in home office and appointments can be arranged with a day or two's notice. I am located on old RT 220 just south of the Pennsylvania state line and only a couple of miles off I-68.
I am available most evenings or weekends unless I am at a stamp show!
I will also be happy to accept want lists and mail orders.

More about the owner

Jeff is a member of the APS and the Tri-State Stamp club in Cumberland. He is the President of the local club Show Chairman for the annual show held in March and October each year. Jeff is actively employed in the telecommunications industry and is active in the community, serving as Past President of the Potomac Council Boy Scouts of America, Past President of the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the Greater Allegany Business Foundation and President of the Associated Landlords of Cumberland.
